Learn how to use SmartArt graphics as well as charts to build clear and visually appealing presentations. This training provides practical ways to visualize information effectively using PowerPoint.

Goal

The goal is to learn to use PowerPoint’s infographics tools to present both text-based and numerical information clearly and effectively. After the training, you will know how to use SmartArt graphics and different kinds of charts in PowerPoint.

Target audience

This course is intended for users who already know the basics of PowerPoint and want to develop their skills in visualizing information. If you wish to review the basics first, you can do so in the training PowerPoint 1 – mastering the basics.

Software version

The training is carried out using the latest Microsoft 365 version of PowerPoint. For the most part, the skills learned are applicable to other commonly used versions of PowerPoint.
